K&N Systems has developed a fully customizeable Customer Relationship Management tool. The tool is web based allowing anyone with their password and ID to access the application anywhere they have access to the internet and a web browser. It can be modified to manage inventory, telephone contacts, business contacts, add notes, call back reminders etc... all for a fraction of the cost of canned solutions that attempt to be all things to all people.
The product was developed in-house and is supported locally. The product is available now and customers are starting to line up.

Spokesperson for one company mentioned, he is basing much of his company's expansion based on this solution and is waiting for it with much anticipation. Spokesperson for the other alluded to the fact, he won't be tied to his office anymore.
